All was good.

The hosts were very warm and inviting people. The place was very clean and tidy and well equipped. It was a nice location in Igls not noisy but close to the tram and village.

Internet connections should be open-ended (for entire stay).

The hotel provided great value for money with its spacious rooms and beautiful views. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The location, nestled in a charming village near Innsbruck, allowed for easy access to the main tourist attractions. And the breakfast, enjoyed with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, was a perfect start to the day.

hardware looks good. well designed and maintained. free parking in the front. close to the town centre of igls.

cold. the heat was not enough so in the room it felt like 15 degree or below. at night you need extra cover blankets to survive the coldness. there seemed to be no heat outlet in the room so not sure how the room was supposed to be heated but it was very very cold. hot water was just warm enough to do a quick shower. breakfast has very little options, limited to a basket of breads, butter, a glass of orange juice and coffee. we had to check out early but was not able to wake up the reception. we left on 7:10 am and the reception was not up yet that means that it normally did not take the host much time to prepare the breakfast.

Beautiful view, clean rooms

It is necessary to go 100meteres really uphill to reach it. But if to travel by car this is not a problem. Fireplace in fact does not work and we had a feeling that this space is for the family, not for visitors. The other hotel along the same street has really nice fireplace and warm atmosphere.

The hotel had a warm and cozy atmosphere, thanks to the friendly and supportive host. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us find a lost item and providing delicious homemade breakfast. The rooms were spacious with a great view from the balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a lovely town nearby. this hotel provided a truly authentic and enjoyable experience.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel in a small town near the mountains. The rooms were large and cozy, perfect to relax after a long day of skiing. The breakfast buffet offered freshly boiled eggs and local bread. The location was convenient as the hotel was near the ski slopes and a bus stop that would take me to the city center. the staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions.

The hotel’s parking lot was a bit tricky to access during the winter season, as the road was steep and often covered with snow. , the hotel did not have much of an evening atmosphere, so there wasn’t much to do at night.

A very comfortable hotel in gorgeous, quiet surrounds. Lovely breakfast and a homely feel with a 'lounge' area on the first floor. The local town of Igls is a 10 minute walk away and has a number of options for dinner as well as convenience stores.

Obviously it is a distance from Innsbruck (about 15-20 mins on the bus or 30 mins from the tram). You must be prepared for a short walk to the hotel from the bus or tram stops (tram is closer).

During my Christmas holiday, I had a great time at a cozy hotel with spacious rooms with amazing views. the staff was very friendly and always eager to help. the location was perfect as it was near the town center, making it convenient to explore different places. the breakfast was great with freshly boiled eggs and cheese.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast and parking is available. Location away from high tourist areas with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
